Expertise
The Department conducts tests of aircraft and systems equipment; the successful result of which is opinion issued stating fulfillment of compliance with standards and aircraft requirements: RTCA, ARINC, MIL, TSO.
Manufacturing
The Department has the potential for short production runs and prototype manufacture of precision measurement, diagnostic, and indicating systems. Department laboratories have been equipped with necessary test - beds and measurement systems to carry out complex analysis of products.
Our products
Airborne equipment:
- Fuel gauging systems used in Iryda, M-28 Bryza, Skytruck airplanes, and W-3 Sokol helicopter.
- Radio-altimeter RWL-750M used in Iryda, M-28 Bryza airplanes, and Anakonda helicopter.
- Torquemeter system used in W-3 Sokol helicopter.
- Lighting and signal light systems for Iryda, and Skytruck airplanes.
Control systems:
- Unmanned SOWA airplane (prototype).
- Telemetric transmission system for an unmanned aircraft.
- Autonomous control system for an unmanned aircraft.
Measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments:
- Transient signals generators GPPA-3, GPPA-4 and electrostatic discharge generator GWE-2.
- Autonomous fatigue loads recorder AROS.
- Testing instruments: TRS 6113-2 for radio station, TPPM-1 for fuel gauging system.
- T4S for radio-altimeter, UD-100M for torquemeter, and some
other for radio-navigation systems.
System integration:
- Integration of the airborne equipment systems for Iryda and Orlik airplanes.
Experience
Systems designed and manufactured in the Department are installed in the following aircraft: Iryda, Orlik, Iskierka, M-28 Skytruck, Bryza, and helicopters: Mi-2, W-3 Sokol.
