  UNMANNED BALLOON SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

The surveillance system consists of helium filled tethered aerostat (blimp), deployed in the workplace, it's airborne equipment including controlled camera platform, and ground work - stand for the crew. This work-stand provides the operators of the system with efficient tools for night and day observation, data processing, and transmitting them to appropriate centers. Folded system can be transported by roads with no necessity of any special regulations.
