September in Poland is reputed to be usually dry and warm. Temperature is about 15oC.
Accommodation
Accommodation for the participants is at the Congress Hotel and single, double rooms with bathrooms and other facilities are available. Payment for the hotel accommodation is included in Congress Fee.
Accommodation for late delegates
Because of a large number of papers and delegates, participants with late application may be accommodated at an other hotel with free shuttle transportation to Conference Centre every day.
Congress Fee
Congress Fee includes: Admission to all the Congress Sessions, the Congress Proceedings, Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, Hotel Accommodation, Refreshment Breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, and Farewell Cocktail.
