AREAS OF ACTIVITY - DESIGN
Design activity is accomplished through use of CAD system SOLID EDGE that
is fully compatible with Unigraphics and Catia. For stress/strain analysis, FEM software and method is used.
Design and computation of:
- Airplane and helicopter wheel and skid landing gears,
- UAV landing gears, with electric brakes and retraction systems
- "Shimmy" and anti-resonance dampers,
- Landing gear shock absorbers (single and double acting),
- Landing gear components down-selection and integration,
- Test stands,
- ABS for aircraft brake systems,
- Actuators and locks,
- Wheels and high-energy brakes,
- Intelligent landing gear system.
