COOPERATION

The Propulsion Department has a long history of close cooperation with some of the most significant institutions of Polish Aviation Industry e.g. PZL Rzeszow, PZL Kalisz.

  • Partnership with ZPC Ursus (agricultural tractors) and WSW Andoria (high-speed diesel engines) includes research and development of combustion, injection and turbocharging systems, specifically those directed at diesel pollution improvements.
  • Partnership with PZL Rzeszow includes design and development
    of the K-15 jet engine, research and development of Franklin design piston engines, research on the PZL-10W turboshaft engine turbocompressor.
  • Partnership with PZL Swidnik includes design of powerplant and fuel system for the IS-2 ultralight helicopter.
  • Partnership with PZL Kalisz includes design and development of Inert Gas Generator.
